About Our Principal:
Manuel Perez came to Maui in the early 2000s and built his career from the ground up, advancing from laborer to carpenter, lead carpenter, superintendent, and senior superintendent on high-end residential and commercial projects. Before founding Beacon, he was credited in industry press for his leadership as senior superintendent on a $70-million-plus luxury resort renovation. With a University background in architecture and industrial design, Manuel brings a designer's eye to the details. While Beacon's main focus is on high-end interiors, his experience spans every phase of construction, giving the company the capability to deliver projects from groundbreaking to keys in hand.
