Pre-construction services involve guiding a project from the design or conceptual stage to a “construction ready” state. This includes developing a comprehensive and accurate set of specifications, establishing building process milestones, creating a schedule, and outlining the budget.

We love connecting with prospective clients to learn more about their projects. After an initial consultation and preliminary review, we’re happy to provide an approximate budget estimate. However, further development—such as subcontractor quotes, itemized cost breakdowns, project sequencing, detailed schedules, and specifications—requires a Pre-Construction Services Agreement, which is a paid service.

Yes, absolutely. However, out of respect for the time and privacy of our current and past clients, we generally don’t share their contact information until we can confirm that a prospective client is serious about moving forward with their project through our company.

Yes, Beacon construction as a company and our managing employee both hold a GC license in the State of Hawaii.

We use an interactive online project management platform. Once a new project is created, the client has access to a personalized dashboard, allowing fluid communications, schedule and budget updates in real time, daily logs access, and much more.
