Initial Consultation
We begin by listening. We meet to understand your vision, goals, timeline, and budget expectations. No commitment required — just an honest conversation to see if we are the right fit for your project.
Pre construction planning
When we become part of the project early — coordinating and consulting with the design team, engineering consultants, decorators, and other stakeholders — we help transform drawings and ideas into a real, build-ready project. This means a detailed budget, a defined scope for every trade, materials sourcing, product selections, value engineering, and a realistic timeline, so that once construction begins, surprises are minimized and progress is smooth and efficient.
Construction process
Work begins on schedule , with clear communication and documentation throughout.
Quality is he main driver, but safety, budget and timeline are taken seriously and followed. When something unexpected arises, it is brought to attention before moving forward. We believe in honest assessments and candid collaboration, even when it may lead to difficult conversations and decisions.
Walk thru and delivery
Projects typically close with a thorough walkthrough to inspect the project, demonstrate use, test equipment and address outstanding items, if any.
The space is left clean, and ready for client use, or to to the point of completion included in our contract.

- Recommended maintenance
